Job SummaryAs an Account Manager at Master Builders Solutions Norway AS, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships within the construction chemicals industry with focus on underground construction solutions and injection technology.
You will focus on technical support of our customers, as well as drive sales, identify new business opportunities, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, contributing directly to the company’s success and market presence in Norway.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with assigned accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all customer needs and inquiries.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, technical solutions, and product information to clients.
- Collaborate with technical support, product development, and marketing teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer status, and market insights to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field, alternatively relevant work experience within concrete industry or injection focus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical support / technical advisory and / or sales within the construction chemical industry
- Proven track record of working with projects where injection technology has been used
- Focus on and drive towards achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clients.
- Results-oriented with a strong business acumen.
- Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Valid driver’s license (regular travel within Norway is required in this position)
