Aboutthe Role
We are now looking for a Country Manager for Germany to lead our expansion into this key European market. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for establishing, managing, and scaling Liveday's operations in Germany. You will report directly to the Group CEO and play a central part in shaping our go-to-market strategy and long-term success in the region.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the German market
Manage all aspects of operations in Germany, including sales, marketing, customer success, and day-to-day business administration
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and other industry stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends to drive sustainable growth
Collaborate closely with the group leadership team to implement global strategies at a local level
Represent Liveday at relevant events, trade fairs, and industry networks
QualificationsStrong understanding of the German market and business culture
Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written
Proven leadership skills and experience in building and leading high-performing teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Previous experience within the sports or event industry (especially football or ice hockey) is a strong advantage
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results
