As a family-owned company with more than 120 years of experience, we develop and manufacture customized solutions made of advanced ceramics for demanding industrial, automotive, Med Tech and other technical applications.
To further develop our Industrial business segment
, we are looking for someone who understands technical contexts, actively manages customer relationships and identifies new market potential.
- You manage existing key accounts and further develop long-term customer relationships.
- You acquire new customers for demanding applications using advanced ceramics.
- You identify market and customer potential and translate it into concrete sales approaches.
- You advise and support our predominantly national customers as well as selected international customers on technical application possibilities.
- You understand customer requirements and bring them into targeted collaboration with internal specialist departments.
- You work closely with Customer Relations, Development, Production and other departments.
- You have several years of experience in technical sales, key account management or business development — ideally with technically complex products that require explanation.
- You are able to understand and assess technical requirements and translate them into commercial opportunities.
- You communicate confidently with customers, decision-makers and internal specialist departments.
- You enjoy working across departments and bringing together technical, sales-related and customer-focused perspectives.
- You work independently, in a structured manner and with a strong sense of reliability.
- You think entrepreneurially while keeping technical feasibility and customer needs in mind.
- You have excellent German and English language skills.
- You are confident in using common MS Office applications.
- You are willing to travel, approximately 30% of your working time.
- A degree in engineering or business administration is an advantage, but not a strict requirement.
You will take on a responsible sales role in a technically demanding environment. Our solutions do not come from a catalogue — they are developed based on specific customer requirements, material expertise and close collaboration between Sales and Engineering.
