Job Duties- Introduce customers to the Spitzer value‑price sales process and value statements.
- Facilitate interviews at a comfortable pace for the customer to discover preferences, needs, and buying motives.
- Present vehicles that meet customer needs and explore interests.
- Involve customers in trade‑in evaluation, present financial proposition, address concerns, and ask for the order.
- Conduct the Spitzer delivery process and follow up with customers in a prescribed manner to develop loyalty.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Outgoing and friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Professional, ethical, and respectful.
- Self‑starter and self‑motivated.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with ability to follow through.
- Proficient computer skills including email.
- High‑school degree.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
