Partner Manager DACH; in Berlin

Partner Manager (DACH):
Drive growth by managing and enabling referral partners and digital consultancies in the DACH region with an accent on partner sales strategy, pipeline growth, and relationship building. Focus on activating partners, co-selling, and optimizing partner performance to increase pipeline and ARR.

Location:

Hybrid work with office presence in Germany (Berlin, Chemnitz, Cologne, Dresden, Leipzig, Munich) or remote within Germany only

• Develop and execute the DACH partner sales plan aligned with regional goals
• Build and grow a healthy partner pipeline through proactive engagement and joint opportunity planning
• Co-sell with partners and support positioning Staffbase to prospective clients
• Act as main contact for referral and consultancy partners in the DACH region
• Monitor partner performance and report on contribution to sales and growth targets
• Organize co-marketing activities and partner enablement programs

• 3+ years experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, or B2B sales
• Proven ability to meet/exceed revenue or pipeline goals in partner-facing roles
• Business fluent in German and English
• Must be located in Germany or able to work remotely within Germany
• Comfortable with hybrid work and 25% travel within region plus quarterly HQ visits
• Experience with enterprise customers (5,000+ users)

• Experience with CRM or sales tools such as Salesforce
