The role is responsible for leading pricing, profitability, and sales strategies for specialty products ensuring the achievement of margin, volume, and market share targets. It will drive product availability, marketing execution, new product launches, and the development of the direct‑to‑farmer sales channel to enhance market penetration and business growth.

• Lead pricing, profitability, and sales strategy for specialty products.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Marketing).
• Experience:
  
  8‑10 years of relevant experience.
