Build a high-growth sales territory with substantial greenfield potential - with pioneering spirit and clinical conviction.

Position Information

Position:
Territory Sales Manager

Location:

North-East Germany (field-based, residence within territory required)
Division:
Uniphar Medtech - CoRRect Medical GmbH
Employment:
Full-time, permanent

Start Date:

About Us

Uniphar Medtech is a leading partner for innovative medical technology. In Germany, CoRRect Medical GmbH (part of the Uniphar Group) represents a highly specialised neurovascular portfolio – from acute stroke intervention to the elective treatment of cerebral aneurysms and vascular malformations. We bring technologies where they save lives.

Your Mission:
More Than Just Sales

In this role, you won't be selling catalogue products - you will bring life-saving innovations for mechanical thrombectomy, aneurysm and flow-diverter therapy and neurovascular access directly into the angiography suite and the neuro-intervention lab. You are the strategic partner for interventional neuroradiologists, neurologists and neurosurgeons, playing a key role in elevating patient care across northern and eastern Germany.

Your Playing Field:
Nord-Ost

The Nord-Ost territory spans Berlin, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Brandenburg - from Dresden and Leipzig through Magdeburg, Halle and Potsdam to Berlin. With approximately 12 million inhabitants and a dense landscape of university hospitals, maximum-care providers and neurovascular centres and stroke units, it is a significant territory in our DACH organisation.

Your Profile

Neuro-Intervention Expert or Passionate Hunter

We are looking for a highly motivated individual - whether driven by years of sales experience or by deep clinical expertise. In our eyes, both paths are explicitly equal.

The Entrepreneur:
You operate like a "CEO of your own territory". You love winning new business (hunter mentality) but are equally skilled at developing existing accounts sustainably.

Career Changers Welcome:
You come from neuroradiology, radiology technology (MTRA/MTA-R), the stroke unit, neuro-intensive care nursing or the angiography lab? We value your clinical insider knowledge! We will invest in your commercial development and support your transition into a sales role.

Requirements
  • Completed vocational training or degree in a commercial, clinical or technical discipline - e.g. medical technology, healthcare management, radiology technology (MTRA/MTA-R), neuroradiology assistance, nursing (stroke unit, neuro-ICU, angiography/cath lab, OR), biomedical engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical device sales or comparable complex B2B sales in clinical settings.
  • Alternatively: minimum 3 years’ clinical experience in interventional neuroradiology, neurology/stroke care, neurosurgery or neuro-intensive care with a demonstrable interest in transitioning to a commercial role.
  • Direct mechanical-thrombectomy experience is a plus but not a prerequisite - broader neurovascular exposure (coiling, flow diverter, carotid stenting, AVM embolisation) is equally welcome.
  • Proven track record in new business acquisition (hunter) and/or systematic account development (farmer). This territory offers both: established relationships at university and tertiary-care centres plus substantial greenfield potential across the wider region.
  • Confident and composed in the clinical environment: angiography suites, neuro-intervention labs and intensive care units are familiar territory - or you are ready to make them familiar quickly.
  • Understanding of the German hospital system (DRG, NUB, procurement processes) is a plus.
  • Fluent German is essential;
    English skills are an advantage.
  • Ideal residence:
    Berlin, Leipzig or Magdeburg.
  • High willingness to travel across the territory (>60%, 50+ accounts).
  • Valid driver’s licence (Class

    B).
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary plus a performance-linked bonus that rewards real growth.
  • Mobility & Lifestyle: A premium company car, available for private use.
  • Autonomy:
Short decision-making paths and full backing from senior…
