** You are a confident sales assistant in the Telekom Shop team. During consultations, you impress as someone who understands customers, applying your extensive specialist knowledge effectively and bringing our product range to life. You support your colleagues in technical matters as a trusted partner, drawing on your professional experience.

As a sales assistant in the Telekom Shop, you will take on the following tasks:
* You will advise on and sell standard products and services
* You will carry out service tasks at the service counter, including troubleshooting using simple methods
* You will resolve critical and complex customer issues and process customer orders in accordance with system specifications, including data maintenance
* You will contribute to product-specific sales promotion activities in the region
* You will assist with the induction and training of shop staff
** Requirements
* * You have completed vocational training and have either undertaken specific, role-related further training or possess equivalent professional experience. Thanks to your specialist professional experience, you already have specialist knowledge in sales.

Furthermore, you demonstrate the following knowledge and skills:
* A confident manner and a passion for sales
* Knowledge of the Telekom product range or a willingness to acquire this
* A high degree of goal-orientation, commitment, flexibility and resilience
* Willingness to adapt working hours to standard shop opening hours and customer footfall
* A well-groomed appearance
* Sales and negotiation skills
