If you're the person contractors ask for by name, enjoy helping homeowners tackle projects, and can confidently speak the language of construction.

• Provide exceptional customer service to contractors, builders, remodelers, and homeowners.
• Help customers identify the right products for their projects and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
• Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders.
• Build lasting relationships that keep customers coming back.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with our yard, purchasing, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay current on building materials, hardware, and home improvement products.
• Help maintain an organized, professional sales floor.

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
• Knowledgeable in construction, building materials, or the home improvement industry.
• Comfortable speaking the language of contractors, builders, and remodelers.
• A great communicator who enjoys working with people.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Proficient with computers and willing to learn our sales software.

• Experience in the construction industry, lumber yard, hardware store, or home improvement retail.
• Knowledge of building materials, windows, doors, roofing, siding, decking, kitchens, plumbing, or related products.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a required.
