We are seeking a full-time
Senior Sales Analyst who will be responsible for turning sales data into clear, actionable insight and helps scale reporting across the broader commercial organization. This position owns forecasting, pipeline analysis, performance reporting, and the design of sales compensation and incentive structures.

This position offers the flexibility of working remotely, however, preference will be given to states where Capsa already employs.

As the Senior Sales Analyst your contributions to the team will include:
  • Design, model and evaluate sales compensation plans, quotas and incentive structures
  • Recommend adjustments to plan performance to improve ROI and sales rep motivation
  • Calculate and validate monthly/quarterly commission payouts; resolve disputes
  • Analyze sales trends, win/loss data, and market conditions to identify opportunities and risks
  • Build and maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards
  • Partner with sales leadership to evaluate territory design, quota setting, and compensation structures
  • Design and monitor KPIs for individual reps, teams, and overall sales performance
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on pricing, product mix, and customer segmentation
  • Help scale and standardize reporting processes across the broader commercial organization (sales, marketing, customer success) as the team grows
  • Partner with VP of Commercial Operations to build reporting infrastructure that supports company-wide revenue goals
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts on methodology and tools
  • Identify process improvements and help implement scalable reporting infrastructure
  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success on shared metrics and data integrity
  • Cooperatively provides hands‑on job function training to co-workers as needed.
  • Must understand and comply with Safety, 5S, ISO, and other corporate programs, initiatives and procedures.
  • Dependable and consistent attendance is critical for team performance and productivity.
  • Other duties or special projects as assigned.
What we ask of you:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations or compensation analysis
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce and demonstrated experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms)
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to communicate financial insights effectively to non‑financial stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience collaborating across functional departments such as Commercial and Operations teams
