Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic sales team. As a New Car Sales Professional, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the car-buying process.
• Effectively present vehicle features and benefits.
• Negotiate and close deals while providing a positive and transparent experience.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Follow up with leads and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Maintain a strong product knowledge of Mazda vehicles.
• Comply with all dealership policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum two years of proven sales experience in a sales role
• Previous dealership sales experience a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Enthusiastic and customer-oriented personality
• Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Flexibility to work evenings & weekends
