Finish Works is seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead our Ohio territory. This individual will serve as the primary business leader for the region, driving revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and developing a high-performing sales team.

• Lead sales growth and profitability initiatives throughout the Ohio region.
• Manage and develop a team of sales and service professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and leadership teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitive activity.
• Drive customer retention efforts while expanding existing business relationships.
• Serve as the primary leadership contact for customers and employees within the region.

• Proven success in sales leadership, sales management, or business development.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to develop strategic customer relationships and influence business growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, coatings, chemicals, or related industries preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Within your first few months, you will:

• Establish strong relationships with key customers and members of the sales team.
• Take an active leadership role in sales meetings and regional planning.
• Provide direction and support to the sales organization.
• Assume full leadership responsibility for the territory while continuing to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
