Sales Representative Trainee

• Sell select products within a geographical territory and/or assigned accounts
• Assist other sales positions with territory management and communication using a team approach
• Participate in corporate and local campaigns
• Make in-person and telephone sales calls to qualify prospects
• Generate leads and gather, track, and follow up on leads and inquiries
• Participate in local, field, and occasional corporate headquarters training in New Bremen, Ohio
• Collaborate with various departments within the branch

• Less than 2 years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Ability to safely operate lift trucks for product demonstrations
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Intermediate computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability and willingness to work outside normal business hours to prepare for sales activities

Demonstrates strong sales capabilities through effective lead generation, territory management, and collaboration with team members. Proficient in communication and organizational skills to support sales activities and customer engagement.
