Pro Sight Talent is partnering with a highly respected equipment dealership with more than 75 years of experience serving Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan to hire a Territory Sales Manager.

This is a true outside-sales opportunity for someone who understands agriculture, enjoys building relationships, and would rather meet customers on a farm or job site than spend every day behind a desk.

You will own and grow an established territory representing new and used agricultural and construction equipment. Success will come from earning customer trust, understanding how equipment is used in the field, and delivering solutions that make sense for each customer’s operation.

• Develop new business with farmers, agribusinesses, contractors, municipalities, and commercial customers.
• Strengthen and expand relationships with existing dealership customers.
• Conduct farm and job-site visits to understand equipment needs and recommend the right solutions.
• Coordinate equipment demonstrations and clearly communicate product capabilities, applications, and total cost of ownership.
• Structure complete equipment solutions, including trade-ins, financing, attachments, and service plans.
• Manage quotes, customer activity, sales forecasts, and pipeline information through the dealership’s CRM.
• Represent the dealership at farm shows, equipment expos, field days, and regional events.
• Partner with the parts and service teams to provide an outstanding customer experience before, during, and after the sale.
• Stay informed about competitive activity, agricultural cycles, construction demand, and customer buying patterns throughout the territory.

• At least two years of professional sales experience, preferably within equipment, agriculture, industrial products, or another relationship-driven B2B environment.
• A genuine agricultural background through farming, agribusiness, ranching, or related hands‑on experience.
• The credibility to speak with customers about equipment applications and the realities of agricultural and construction environments.
• Working knowledge of agricultural or construction equipment, attachments, and basic mechanical concepts.
• Strong relationship‑building and consultative selling skills.
• A self‑motivated approach and the ability to manage an independent field schedule.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and learning dealership CRM and inventory systems.

Previous dealership experience or familiarity with leading agricultural or construction equipment manufacturers is highly valued but not required. A degree in agriculture, agribusiness, or business is also preferred but may be replaced by relevant hands‑on experience.

• Salary plus commission
• $90,000 compensation guarantee during the first six months
• Commission of 2% of the total equipment sales price
• $8,500 annual vehicle allowance
