LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time position expected to work (4 hours / day x 2 days / week).

Apply your expertise to prepare aircrew for the physical demands of modern combat aviation. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), you will play a key role in reducing injury risk and enhancing operational performance by creating individualized comprehensive strength and conditioning programs that integrate prehabilitation, performance centered training, and recovery. The CSCS provides instructional support, data collection, and assists with reconditioning after aircrew injury.
Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Design and deliver job-specific strength and conditioning programs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to support rehabilitation and return-to-fly efforts.
- Participate in curriculum development and program evaluation.
- Maintain data integrity and contribute to research.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Performance, Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in S&C for college/pro sport, tactical, aerospace, or similar man-machine high performance environments.
- NSCA CSCS or CSCCa SCCC certification
- Current CPR and AED certification.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Tier 1 Security Clearance.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
