• Responsibility for the legally compliant creation and review of labels based on current specifications (declaration, documentation, compliance)
• Creation and maintenance of sample and finished product specifications in accordance with applicable legal requirements
• Implementation of linguistic adjustments and extensions in more than 42 languages, as well as maintenance of international country‑and customer‑specific requirements
• Operational support and management of label inventories for several international locations
• Subject‑matter contact person for internal departments such as Production, Customer Service, Product Management and Logistics
• Documentation and maintenance of process documentation as well as country‑and customer‑specific requirement tables

• Completed commercial training or degree in food law, food chemistry, quality management or a comparable field
• Professional experience in food law, declaration, specification management or label management is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong technological understanding and affinity for IT‑supported processes
• Strong analytical skills, structured working style and high attention to detail
• Excellent German skills and good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
