We are currently hiring a Freelance Clinical Research Associate in Germany to join our amazing team! For this role, we will require circa. 0.85 FTE. Experience in Major Depressive Disorder would be preferred.

• Responsible for site administration and site monitoring for assigned clinical studies according to Dokumeds, Sponsor Standard Operating Procedures, legal requirements and ICH‑GCP Guidelines.
• Conducts country and site feasibility.
• Performs site initiation, routine monitoring and close‑out visits.
• Prepares and submits documentation to Ethics Committees and Regulatory Authorities.
• Assists in site contract management.

• Must hold a university degree in medicine, pharmacy, nursing or life science and have at least 2 years of previous on‑site monitoring experience in a CRO or Pharma company; previous freelancing experience is an advantage.
• Must have experience in preparing and submitting documentation to Ethics Committees and Regulatory Authorities.
• Must be a strong communicator with written, verbal and presentation skills to showcase the successes of your work and Rho’s efforts. Must be fluent in English and local languages.
• Must commit to quality, paying careful attention to detail and adhering to Rho’s high‑quality scientific standards.
• Must possess high character, contributing to Rho’s collaborative culture with honesty, integrity, loyalty, accountability and mutual trust.
• Must be a critical thinker, using objective analysis to devise novel, practical solutions.
• Must be agile and adaptable, willing to anticipate, respond to and embrace changes while managing risk through planning, learning from successes and failures.
• Must hold a driver license and be willing to travel.
