Position: Project employee for life cycle assessment (m/f/d)
Location: Germany

To strengthen our team at the Losheim location, we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

Youth tasks
  • Conducting life cycle assessments in accordance with ISO 14040/44 and DIN EN 15804
  • Process support in the creation of the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for our four European locations and their products
  • Supporting the project team and the involved departments throughout the process and ensuring a cooperative working relationship.
  • A keen sense for operational added value and the further development of the company
  • Supporting the department management in current sustainability projects beyond life cycle assessment and actively promoting a sustainable future
  • Main work location in Losheim am See
  • Willingness to travel to all plant locations and to engage in direct communication with the specialist departments on site.
Your profile
  • Completed university degree (Diploma/Master/Bachelor) in the fields of environmental science or environmental planning/environmental engineering or environmental protection.
  • Ideally, you already have initial experience in life cycle assessment (LCA) and LCA methodologies/standards, with basic knowledge of assessing environmental impacts.
  • Entry-level professionals are also welcome.
  • Enjoyment of independent, economic and self-reliant action
  • Good technical understanding and solid MS Office skills
  • Prior experience with databases, sustainability software (e.g., Osapiens), and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is desirable.
  • Excellent German skills and fluent English.
