Security Officer - Evening Patrol Driver

Location: Johnstown

Allied Universal - Up to $18.50/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, employees, tenants and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail and mall location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including addressing disturbances, suspicious activity and/or policy violations, and escalating to management and/or public responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, common areas, entrances, loading areas and the exterior perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns;
Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for potential loss prevention concerns, and report observations through appropriate channels while maintaining a professional, service-oriented presence;
Complete required documentation such as shift logs, incident reports and patrol reports, and communicate status updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision
