Flex​/Float Security Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Unarmed Security Officer to join our team in ensuring the safety and security of our premises in Akron/Canton, Ohio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment and upholding security protocols. • Patrol and monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or security threats.
• Implement security procedures and protocols to protect assets and personnel.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents to mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular surveillance through CCTV systems.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents and actions taken.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in training security staff on security best practices.

• Experience working in security.
• Knowledge of loss prevention strategies is advantageous.
• Strong conflict management skills are essential.
• Ability to perform under pressure in emergency situations.
• Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work.

We are currently hiring unarmed security officers to pick up shifts at our locations in Akron/Canton area. This is a FLEX position, meaning you will not have a set schedule each week. Hours may vary between 20-29 hours per week.
