Flex Security Officer – Lockbourne, OH

Overview

We are hiring Flex Security Officers to work on‑call/as‑needed in Lockbourne, OH. All shifts and days are available. Pay rate: $19.00/hr with weekly pay.

Job Skills / Requirements

Must have reliable transportation. One year of experience in security, military, or law enforcement is preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and all weather conditions. Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance. Exceptional report writing skills. Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure. Able to work independently.

Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely.

Scheduling Expectations

As a Flex Officer you will be trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need. You may work at a specific post for several weeks but this is not a permanent assignment. Your schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week, etc.) will vary based on operational need. You will be assigned or offered shifts as they become available. Some shifts will be scheduled in advance;

you may be called on short notice to cover. You are expected to work any shift you are scheduled for within your availability. For short‑notice call‑ins you are expected to work at least 80% of the shifts. Refusing more than 20% of called shifts may negatively impact employment.

Education Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
