Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, retail location policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, stockroom corridors, parking areas, and perimeter points, as assigned;
Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential hazards to help support a secure shopping and working environment;
Assist with access control, closing procedures, and other security-related duties that help support daily operations at the location
