Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Dispatch Driver

Location: Toronto

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access communications, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor dispatch systems, phones, radios, alarms, and/or cameras to receive calls, document activity, and relay information to the appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Coordinate responses to incidents, maintenance concerns, medical situations, and/or critical events across the location, helping to support timely communication and follow-up;
Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, vehicle and/or visitor records, and other post documentation related to daily operations and security-related activity;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, noting unusual conditions and reporting concerns within a manufacturing and industrial location
