Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse, production, office, and perimeter areas to help identify potential security-related concerns and report conditions requiring attention;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help support authorized access to location facilities and restricted areas;
Assist with reporting, log entries, and shift handoff communications related to daily activities, incidents, and/or operational concerns at the location
