Job Skills / Requirements

We are hiring Flex Security Officers in the North Bend, OH area. Pay rate: $19.50/hr, paid weekly.

  • Previous security, law enforcement, and/or military experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Exceptional report writing skills.
  • Must be able to work various shifts, days, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be flexible and team oriented.
  • Must be reliable.
Responsibilities

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read, learn, and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

Flex Officer Explanation

The Flex Officer provides trained, competent support by working shifts that become open due to illness, call‑offs, weather, vacation, or other causes. This enables continuous, uninterrupted service to our customers while protecting the health and work balance of our personnel.

Scheduling Expectations
  • Will be trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need.
  • Schedule (shifts, days off, hours per week) will vary based on operational need.
  • Will be assigned to, or offered shift opportunities as they become available.
  • Some shifts scheduled in advance; some may be called with short notice.
  • Expected to work any scheduled shift within availability; must communicate unavailability.
  • For short‑notice call‑ins, expected to work at least 80% of shifts called. Refusal more than 20% may negatively impact employment.
Education Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
