$15.82 / Hour

Daytime Monday 2:45 PM – 10:45 PM

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”):
  You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program:
  In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access communications, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor dispatch systems, phones, radios, alarms, and/or cameras to receive calls, document activity, and relay information to the appropriate personnel in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Coordinate responses to incidents, maintenance concerns, medical situations, and/or critical events across the location, helping to support timely communication and follow‑up.
• Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, vehicle and/or visitor records, and other post documentation related to daily operations and security‑related activity.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, noting unusual conditions and reporting concerns within a manufacturing and industrial location.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
