Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures within a retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, common areas, entrances, exits, stock areas, and perimeter;
Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and maintenance concerns;
Support loss prevention and store operations by helping to monitor high-traffic areas, assisting with crowd management, and following post orders related to theft awareness and incident response
