As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Team in Plain City, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a fast‑paced logistics and distribution location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents, and support daily operations through strong customer service and communication.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $17.98 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Tue: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Wed: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Thu: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate observed concerns to site contacts and/or local responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, trailer yards, dock doors, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and vehicle movement, checking credentials, visitor activity, and/or delivery traffic in accordance with site procedures.
• Prepare clear reports on incidents, observations, and/or daily activities, and support access control and other security‑related duties as assigned at the location.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
