Learn more:  As an unarmed driving patrol officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, support daily operations through strong customer service and communication, and reflect our agile, reliable, innovative approach, putting people first and delivering through teamwork and integrity.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.05 / Hour

Job Schedule: Thur 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM;
Fri 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions related to the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and follow post orders for deliveries, contractors, and employee access.
• Support security‑related operations by completing routine reports, maintaining awareness of site activity, and communicating clearly with supervisors, employees, and/or first responders as needed.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation and a drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.
