Fri 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM, Sat 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor access control points, verify identification and/or credentials, process visitor entry, and help to deter unauthorized access to the property.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting activity and communicating relevant information to site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting maintenance, life care, and/or security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and access records, and support tenant and visitor needs with professional communication and a courteous presence.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
