Garda World Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer. The role requires a sharp eye to monitor screens and respond to potential threats in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

Responsibilities

Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
Document events and incidents with detailed reports
Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety
Control access to secure areas and verify visitor identities
Analyze security systems for vulnerabilities or malfunctions
Collaborate with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies
Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the United States
Minimum age 21
Valid driver’s license
High School Diploma or GED
Pass extensive screening process
Strong report writing skills
Excellent visual acuity and concentration
Proficiency with technology
Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus
