As a CBRN Operational SME, you’ll bring your field CBRN operations expertise, leadership, and tactical planning skills to support Air Force nuclear and CWMD mission preparedness. You’ll use your experience to plan, assess, and deliver CBRN operational support strategies that enhance mission success while mitigating risks in CBRN environments.
Work with us to provide operational planning, capability integration, and mission readiness solutions for Combatant Command missions. Oversee field CBRN activities and contribute to readiness assessments that directly support Air Force strategy development for CBRND objectives.

You Have:Experience in delivering strategic-level operational support for field CBRN operations, including planning and execution of readiness programs
Knowledge of CBRND tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) aligned with Air Force mission priorities
Ability to coordinate with mission and delivery teams to assess risks, design readiness strategies, and execute operational frameworks supporting Air Force CWMD objectives
Top Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in an analytical or defense field, or 10+ years of experience in an analytical or defense field in lieu of a degree
Experience conducting joint and coalition CBRN defense operations supporting Combatant Commands or similar high-level military mission requirements
Knowledge of CBRND doctrine, framework development aligned with treaty compliance, and multi-domain readiness planning
Ability to lead training events, live simulations, and workshops to improve resilience and mission preparation in contested chemical and biological environments
Master’s degree in CBRND, Environmental Sciences, or Military Studies

Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
