We deliver game-changing, predictive scientific and technical intelligence (S&TI) that empowers joint force warfighters, national leaders, and defense acquisition professionals. As we rapidly scale our mission capabilities, we are seeking a proactive, visionary Production Manager to pave the way.
In this high-impact role, you will work in tandem with NSIC squadrons that drive our Modeling & Simulation (M&S) production planning and prioritization framework. You will become a trusted mission partner at the forefront of space intelligence, coordinating internally and externally with influential agencies such as Space Systems Command (SSC) and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). If you are an articulate results-driven professional, your next mission starts here.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, systems-thinking professional who operates effectively at the critical intersection of threat intelligence analysis (Red) and operational capabilities (Blue). Beyond traditional production management, you will serve as a vital Mission Integrator possessing deep space domain familiarity and the technical acumen required to prioritize sophisticated Modeling & Simulation (M&S) frameworks. You will work in tandem with the model-producing squadrons to manage requests, prioritize production, and provide production progress transparency.
You will stand out if you have the ability to work independently; plan, organize, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and expertly oversee joint production and federation plans while actively connecting and engaging with committee members. Bringing a blend of expertise involving fundamental Modeling & Simulation knowledge, governance, standardization, and a self-motivated drive to build bridges across NSIC, external modeling agencies, and the intelligence and defense communities is also highly desirable Key Areas of Expertise
- Proven track record of aligning diverse mission partners around common operational goals and fostering interagency cooperation, overseeing joint production and federation plans, and actively connecting and engaging with committee members.
- Proven ability to define, translate, and implement complex M&S governance and standards established by the broader USSF enterprise, ensuring our frameworks remain aligned and compliant. Experienced with friendly force ("Blue") and/or threat (Red) modeling architecture and requirements, methodologies such as Signature and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles
- Experienced in directly translating complex technical requirements into actionable production needs.
- Possess a strong working knowledge of the operational structure and mission areas of the United States Space Force (USSF), paired with a deep understanding of the NSIC M&S mission set.
- Possess exceptional executive presence with demonstrated experience briefing and advising DoW senior leadership and senior civilian counterparts.
- Ability to operate with high autonomy in fast-paced environments-effectively prioritizing tasks, managing shifting deadlines, and driving project velocity amidst fluid mission requirements.
