Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail sales areas, stockrooms, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to deter theft and property damage;
Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual behavior, reporting security-related concerns to site procedures;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner;
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts
