Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and/or store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor assigned areas for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or access concerns, and communicate observations to management and/or public emergency responders when needed;
Assist with access control, closing procedures, and/or crowd and line monitoring during busy periods, special events, and high-traffic business hours
