Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, common areas, entrances, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and document unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues that may impact daily operations.;
Support loss prevention and store operations by assisting with crowd management, closing procedures, alarm-related response, and direction during emergencies or high-traffic periods.
