Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to shoppers, visitors, and retail personnel while following site-specific policies and security-related procedures;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to deter theft, unauthorized activity, and policy violations;
Observe and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and security-related incidents, and document activities through clear and accurate reports;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas while assisting with access control and/or crowd management as assigned;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services when appropriate
