As Corporate Security Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for protecting our employees, facilities, assets, and sensitive information from physical and security-related risks. In this critical role, you will develop and implement security strategies, oversee site protection, coordinate crisis and emergency response activities, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal security standards.

Working closely with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, HR, external security providers, and public authorities, you will help build and maintain a secure, resilient, and compliant operating environment in a dynamic international defence manufacturing setting.

What is Your Day to Day Mission?

Security Strategy & Risk Management
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve company-wide corporate security policies, standards, and procedures.

  • Conduct security risk assessments and threat analyses for facilities, personnel, operations, and company assets.

  • Identify security vulnerabilities and develop effective preventive and protective measures.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal security requirements.

  • Promote security awareness and contribute to building a strong security culture across the organization.

Physical Security & Site Protection
  • Design, evaluate, and oversee physical security systems including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and alarm systems.

  • Conduct site security inspections, audits, and vulnerability assessments.

  • Develop and implement measures to protect employees, facilities, equipment, and critical infrastructure.

  • Manage and monitor external security providers, guarding services, and security technology partners.

  • Ensure appropriate security standards are maintained across production, warehouse, and office environments.

Crisis & Emergency Management
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve emergency response, evacuation, and crisis management plans.

  • Coordinate responses to security incidents, threats, emergencies, and business disruptions.

  • Organize and conduct crisis exercises, security drills, and employee awareness training.

  • Support business continuity and organizational resilience initiatives to ensure operational readiness.

Investigations & Incident Management
  • Lead internal investigations related to security incidents, theft, fraud, misconduct, or violations of company policies.

  • Document incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and drive corrective and preventive actions.

  • Support investigations in coordination with relevant authorities and external partners when required.

  • Assess travel and personnel security risks, particularly for international travel or operations in high-risk regions.

Collaboration & Communication
  • Collaborate closely with government agencies, law enforcement authorities, and external security partners.

  • Advise managers and business functions on all corporate security-related matters.

  • Develop security reports, KPIs, and management dashboards to provide transparency and support decision-making.

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects with a focus on security, compliance, and risk mitigation.

What you bring to the team:
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Criminology, Business Administration, or a comparable field.

  • Several years of professional experience in Corporate Security, Industrial Security, Protective Services, or a related security management function.

  • Proven experience managing security investigations, incident response, and crisis management processes.

  • Experience working with government authorities, law enforcement agencies, and external security providers.
