Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter of a logistics and distribution location;
Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry, and report unusual activity, unauthorized persons, and policy violations to appropriate personnel;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific procedures and escalating concerns as needed;
Document patrols, incidents, and observed conditions in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements
