First-Time Installation Success: Achieve a high first-time success rate, minimizing revisits or callbacks.

Technical Proficiency: Continuously update technical skills and stay informed about industry best practices.

Safety Adherence: Maintain a perfect safety record, adhering to all safety protocols.

Mentorship and Guidance: Provide effective mentorship to the Install Apprentice.

Professionalism, Appearance, and Customer Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication, professional appearance, and demeanor during installations.
