Maintenance Mechanic

Position Summary / Objective

Safely and efficiently maintain, repair and service all site equipment, buildings and furnishings as needed to ensure efficient operation of the plant. Troubleshoot and repair equipment breakdowns as requested.

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
• Work under minimal supervision with a sense of urgency and ownership.
• Daily checks, check critical equipment:
  Walking through the plant to be aware of anything out of order or any safety items.
• Routine maintenance (for example, meter readings
• Preventive Maintenance:
  Inspection, lubrication, filter replacement, cleaning, etc.

• High School diploma/GED
• Must have demonstrated working/repair ability/troubleshooting with electrical/mechanical equipment, chillers, boiler, air compressor.

• 3 years minimum experience in industrial electrical power and controls and mechanical maintenance experience in plumbing/pipe fitting, rotating equipment, valves and pumps.
• Welding, utilities, instrumentation experience desired.
