Job Description
Van Demark Co is hiring experienced construction workers, with a strong focus on framers who can also handle a variety of rehab and finish work. We are looking for dependable, skilled individuals to join our growing team in Clermont County, Ohio.
Responsibilities:
- Framing (primary focus)
- Residential rehabs and renovations
- Plumbing and electrical work (experience required)
- Drywall installation and repair
- Painting and finish work
- General construction and job site tasks
- Proven construction experience (required)
- Framing experience required
- Ability to perform multiple trades (rehab work)
- Must have own tools
- Must have own vehicle and reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Steady work
- Local projects in Clermont County
