Garage Finisher is hiring two full-time Epoxy Floor Installer/Construction Laborers to join our dynamic field operations team. Key Responsibilities

• Arrive on time to scheduled workdays and projects.
• Assist with surface preparation and installation of high-performance garage flooring.
• Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Maintain tools and follow proper safety procedures at all times.
• Follow instructions from lead installers and supervisors to ensure quality installations.
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized throughout the workday.
• Communicate clearly and work efficiently with team members and clients.

Qualifications

• No experience required-we provide on-the-job training.
• Previous construction or laborer experience is a plus.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Able to work in both indoor and outdoor conditions, including hot/cold garages.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing the job right the first time.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication and time management skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work every day.
