Pay: $32.00 - 38.00/ hr. (DOE)

Shift: Tuesday to Saturday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm

• Ensure proper operation of conveyor systems and material handling equipment to keep operations running smoothly; respond in a timely manner to all material handling systems breakdowns.
• Maintain and provide routine preventive maintenance to conveyor systems.
• Change and repair parts of conveyor systems; rebuild and align equipment, gears, shafts, pulleys, and belts.
• Use illustrated parts breakdown manuals and operational manuals in the repair, modification, and maintenance of equipment.
• Perform housekeeping duties, including work area clean-up and conveyor/equipment cleanup.
• Daily inspections of machinery for potential problems.
• From time to time, be available after hours to ensure MHS (conveyor) systems are working at optimum capacity.
• Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program.
• Work independently, with collaboration as needed from other OnTrac maintenance team members.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years related experience and/or training in mechanical and electrical equipment, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Welding experience is required.
• Current Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of Material Handling Systems (MHS), industrial conveyor systems and controls, VFDs, PLC, electronic motors (480V). Programming, GUI, and/or HMI experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out), PMs (Preventative Maintenance), and 3-Phase electrical work.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and electrical blueprints.
• Mechanical work experience; industrial electrical knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate 24 hr operations; occasional extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds on a routine basis.
• Good time management skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
