Window and Door Service Technician

Dynamic, growing replacement window & door company is seeking 1-2 energetic, experienced Field Service Technicians. Due to explosive growth, we need to add to our highly successful service team!

A strong starting wage of $22-$24 per hour (depending on experience), a company vehicle, benefits, 401K and an opportunity for growth for the right person(s)!

• Provide service and address warranty issues with windows, doors, bath or showers
• Troubleshoot & repair windows, doors, bath or showers at customer's home
• Onsite inspections to measure windows, doors or baths for proper ordering sizes
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Adjust, repair or replace items as necessary - Repairs can include but are not limited to bath, shower, windows, doors, carpentry, painting or drywall.
• Diagnose issues such as: air or water infiltration, poor operation, interlock issues, seal failure, drywall repair, water leaks etc.

• 3-5 years of remodeling or construction experience, windows, doors, bath and showers are a plus
• Windows, doors, bath and showers installation knowledge
• Experience with using a metal brake, capping and caulking windows an doors
• Experience with minor plumbing and caulking in the wet space in the bathroom
• Ability to do minor trim work around windows and patio doors both inside and out
• Great customer service skills and ability to troubleshoot in the field
• Good computer skills and communication skills
• Ability to lift medium to heavy objects alone and with help
