• Diagnose issues with swimming pool equipment and provide effective solutions.
• Communicate alternative solutions to customers, completing repairs efficiently.
• Follow established protocols and share lessons learned with the team.

• Manage a daily schedule of equipment repair/replace tasks.
• Repair/replace pool pumps, heaters, filters, timers, pool cleaners, blowers, lights, automated pool systems, chlorinators, backwash valves, PVC plumbing, copper plumbing and galvanized plumbing.
• Use 110 volt and 220 volt electrical equipment.
• Maintain inventory of equipment on the truck and replenish as needed.
• Utilize the Pool Ops mobile platform via smartphone.
• Identify opportunities for upgrades or additional products during service calls.
• Have renovation experience such as re‑plastering, tile repair, deck texture/seal, or pavers installation/repair.

• Works outdoors and is a self‑starter with minimal oversight.
• Handles all matters with integrity and delivers resort‑quality service.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Licensed in Florida (CPC), Texas (Appliance License), or California (D35), if applicable.
• High school degree preferred.
