Duties & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose & Plan Assess challenging home projects and develop accurate solutions, work plans, and estimates. Use your expertise to set clear expectations and ensure success from start to finish.
  • Run the Jobsite Self‑manage your projects, keeping everything on schedule, safe, and running smoothly. Lead others on the jobsite with confidence, providing direction and guidance when needed.
  • Be the Brand Expert Represent Ace Handyman Services with professionalism, integrity, and consistency. Show others what "done right" looks like by modeling best practices and high standards.
  • Delight Customers Serve as the main point of contact for clients during projects. Communicate clearly and kindly, making sure every customer feels respected, informed, and thrilled with the final result.
  • Mentor & Support Others Share your knowledge by coaching and training fellow craftsmen. Help build a positive, supportive, high‑performing team culture.
  • Take Care of Tools & Resources Use and maintain professional‑grade tools with pride. Make smart use of materials and resources to keep projects efficient and cost‑effective.
  • Stay Organized Keep track of daily progress, materials, and time. Ensure everything is documented so projects are smooth and transparent.
