Journeyman- Power Lineman

Overview

We currently have openings for Journeyman Power Linemen to work in our High Voltage Transmission & Distribution division. We are looking for individuals who are willing to work in Ohio and who are also willing to travel overnight out of state!

• Maintenance work (air and ground)
• Work from aerial lifts
• Pole climbing
• Framing
• Pole change out
• Safely operate various types of transmission and distribution equipment such as:
  • Digger derrick
  • Bucket trucks
  • Wire pulling equipment

• Journeyman certification or equivalent experience to provide the skills necessary to perform the work of a Journeyman
• Must have experience working on energized primary & secondary electrical lines
• Distribution and/or Transmission line construction
• Driver’s License & reliable transportation – Class A CDL is preferred
