About the RoleTired of inconsistent work and 1099 uncertainty? Join us as a skilled Craftsman dedicated to quality. You'll diagnose issues, communicate solutions, and deliver lasting results. We manage job sourcing, scheduling, and administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on your craft.
What You’ll Work OnPrimarily residential repairs and improvements, including:
- Drywall Repair:
Patching, blending, clean finishes - Interior Painting:
Walls, trim, touch‑ups, clean lines - Carpentry & Trim:
Baseboards, casing, repairs - Door Installs & Repairs:
Slabs, pre-hungs, hardware - Punch Lists:
Realtor requests, home sale prep - General Repairs:
Troubleshooting, small installs
- Compensation: $24–$30/hr (base + bonuses) based on experience
- Stipend: $40/day ($200/week) for tools/vehicle expenses
- Company Vehicle:

Starts at 5 days, increases by 1 day per year - Steady Work:

- Experience:
3+ years in handyman work or residential construction - Skills:
Proficient in at least 3 core trades (drywall, painting, carpentry, doors) - Communication:
Ability to set customer expectations and explain findings
Professionalism:
Respectful of homes, clean work habits - Dependability:
Problem‑solver who follows through - Requirements:
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, able to lift 50 lbs, comfortable using a smartphone - Background Check:
Required before hire
- Professional references from past employers/clients
- Experience in 4+ trade areas (drywall, painting, carpentry, etc.)
