We’re building one of the most responsive, professional mitigation teams in Columbus—and we’re looking for experienced technicians who take pride in doing the job right.

This is not an entry-level position. If you already understand the basics of mitigation and want to grow with a company that values quality, accountability, and professionalism, we want to talk.

• Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation services
• Set up drying equipment, monitor jobs, and document progress
• Handle demolition, cleanup, and job site prep
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers
• Follow established processes to ensure quality and consistency

• 1+ year of mitigation, restoration, construction, or similar hands‑on experience
• Basic understanding of drying principles, equipment, and job flow
• Strong work ethic and reliability—you show up ready to work
• Ability to handle physically demanding work Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, etc.)
• Experience with moisture mapping and documentation

• Earn certifications (IICRC and more)
• Take on more responsibility
• Move into leadership roles

• $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
